Natural Shadows

Shadows exist in our everyday lives however, we never really notice them unless they are extremely obvious or distorted and big enough to tell. The sun is a main light source which manipulates shadows depending on where the sun is positioned. I have decided to take on a task of where I can explore shadows whether it is small or big and to make them obvious and the patterns and illusions that shadows can portray. I want to discover shadows that aren't being physically manipulated and so this is require me to look around for shadows during sunny days and I would also like to in cooperate shadows created through street lights which in a way are also not physically manipulated.
For this photoshoot, I took photographs of landscapes where the shadows lay. I believe that this was not as successful as Iwanted it to be therefore, I decided not the carry on with this section. The reason being is that I feel that that my weakness is capturing landscapes. In this photoshoot, I attempted to capture photographs that had shadows within them however, I dropped this as I believe that portraiture is my strong area.
